Report it. Confirm it. Help the next courier.

Delivery work changes
minute by minute.

A store system goes down. A collection queue suddenly reaches 40 minutes. The map sends you to the wrong entrance. Parking is impossible. A private road is missing. Another courier already knows.

DP Radar gives that knowledge somewhere to live.

Courier to courier

01

Live updates

Know what’s happening now.

See courier-reported store issues, long waits, temporary access problems and other conditions before you discover them the hard way.

02

Built by couriers

Real experience. Real insight.

DP Radar captures the practical knowledge delivery partners already share with each other in queues, car parks and collection points.

03

Stronger together

A little local knowledge goes a long way.

Confirm an issue, report that it has cleared, correct an entrance or share an access tip.

Every useful contribution can make the next courier’s shift easier.

The everyday reality

The platform knows the order.

Couriers know the reality.

Delivery platforms are good at sending work.

But they do not always tell you:

  • the store has stopped receiving orders
  • drivers are being turned away
  • collection waits have become excessive
  • the platform pin is on the wrong side of the road
  • the actual entrance is around the corner
  • a private road is missing from the map
  • the last section is narrow, steep or poorly surfaced
  • parking is difficult or restricted
  • the location works much better for bikes than cars

Couriers discover these things every day.

Then the knowledge disappears.

DP Radar helps the next courier know before they go.

Live intelligence

What's happening right now?

Live reports are designed for temporary situations.

Examples include:

Store systems down The merchant cannot currently see or process delivery orders.

Store closed The platform may still be offering collections.

Major pickup delay Couriers are reporting unusually long waits.

Orders not received The merchant does not have the order being offered to drivers.

Temporary access problem Road, gate or collection access is currently unavailable.

Working again Couriers can report recovery so outdated warnings disappear.

Reports gain confidence through independent courier confirmation and lose confidence as information becomes older.

Location knowledge

Some things are not temporary.

DP Radar also remembers useful delivery knowledge about places.

01

Private roads

Know when platform navigation ends before the real destination.

02

Wrong pins

See courier-confirmed corrections where the platform pin is inaccurate.

03

Better entrances

Find the practical entrance rather than circling the building.

04

Terrain and road access

Know about narrow lanes, steep approaches, gravel, unsealed surfaces or limited turning space.

05

Parking intelligence

See practical information about legal access and difficult collection areas.

06

Vehicle suitability

Understand where bikes, scooters or cars may have very different experiences.

Community loop

See it. Report it. Confirm it. Clear it.

1. A courier spots an issue They submit a quick structured report.

2. Nearby couriers see it The report appears in DP Radar.

3. Other couriers confirm it Confidence increases when independent reports agree.

4. Conditions change A courier can report that things are working again.

5. The warning clears Temporary intelligence expires rather than remaining permanently attached to a location.

No endless chat threads.

Just useful operational information.

Privacy & safety

Useful intelligence. Respect for privacy.

DP Radar is designed around courier operational knowledge, not customer surveillance.

We do not ask couriers to post:

  • customer names
  • customer phone numbers
  • order numbers
  • screenshots from delivery platforms
  • unnecessary residential information

Precise observation coordinates are not displayed to other couriers.

Residential access information is treated differently from public-place intelligence.

DP Radar is designed to help people complete deliveries, not create a public database of customers.

Stronger together

Every update can save someone else a wasted journey.

You do not need hundreds of contributions to help.

One accurate store warning.

One corrected entrance.

One parking tip.

One recovery confirmation.

That may be enough to make another courier’s shift better.
